Paul Alderson:
Paul’s introduction to martial arts was when starting karate in his local church hall at the age of 7 in 1977. By 1996 he had won the World Open weight Karate Championship to add to his other European and National championships. Starting his career in sports development for his local borough council in 1990, he has progressed to creating and stage managing international events ranging from the world leading Seni Expo and the UK’s leading Fight Night Pain and Glory through to high profile celebrity sports days, boxing shows, awards and fashion shows. He is a stage manager for Sky Sports working on Premiership Football and for the last eight years he has stage managed the highly successful Masters Football tour which takes him across the world and is screened live on TV.
Paul’s drive is conceiving and delivering strong unique projects.
He is married to the gorgeous Lisa who is practically his left arm! and has his own pride of cubs, his Lioness’, Ellese and Lily and his lion, Lucas

Joe Long:
A successful former international karate competitor and business man, Joe Long has extensive links and contacts in the sports management industry through his company Fighters Inc and various partnerships. Joe is known for his highly imaginative productions, staging, managing and marketing skills, most notably with the hugely successful 10K Karate Clash along with the elite of UK fight brands such as The Seni Expo, Masters of the Mat, 3on3, Pain & Glory & Fight Night UK.
With a positive energy and great people skills, making the move into film production seemed a natural step and Joe has recently completed the principal photography on the much publicised British action comedy “Sucker Punch”. However it’s not all lights, camera, action, as you are guaranteed to see Joe on a weekly basis at Wanstead Flats managing the East London & Essex Junior Football League.
The ELE League was formed the year after Joe had left his role as Sports Development Executive at The London Federation of Club’s for Young People. Due to its unique concept and management the ELE League now boasts over 110 teams from 7-16 years of age and is endorsed by Rio Ferdinand.

Malcolm Martin:
Bachelor of Arts, Malcolm Martin combined his writing skills with his love of martial arts to become a martial arts journalist almost twenty years ago. A successful kickboxing coach (the club has over 20 titles in 15 years), he started as a film reviewer before being promoted to senior reporter and eventually editor of Temple Publishers four magazines. During that time he served as a martial arts consultant on BBC 2’s ‘Masters of Combat’ and Sky 1’s ‘Fight School’ (Sky’s most successful home-grown product).
Malcolm regularly commentates for the Channel 5 show ‘Now is the Time Night of Combat’ and more recently with Sky Sports for ‘Cage Rage’, as well as providing MC work for smaller shows across the country. In 2002 Malcolm co-wrote, co-produced and had a role in the cult film ‘Hell to Pay’ and has since gone on to write and direct the action comedy ‘Sucker Punch’, produced by Fighters Inc. Now Malcolm is excited by the prospect of taking his career into new areas as part of the dynamic Fighters Inc team, relishing the variety of challenges Fighters Inc put his way.

Andy Sheehan:
Andrew came to sports promotions from the music industry where he worked for a decade as a tour manager promoting predominately guitar bands signed to major lables in Europe, America and Japan. He's worked in youth promotions including 'geurilla' promotions for Heineken, Lucozade and Kiss FM to name but a few. He became involved in celebrity sporting promotions such as the Music Industry Soccer Six (even playing in goal for Blur against Oasis) with promotions company CUP where he became associated with Seni Mystic and founder Paul Alderson and subsequently became involved with the SeniShow.
Andrew wants it to be known that he never intended to become a 'Sales' Manager as he has a natural loathing for traditional 'sales' types. However, he says being given the remit to work within his own style (which is to 'never oversell') he is now in his ideal job. From a boxing heritage, Andrew has worked mainly on the Seni Show over the last five years as it has doubled in size and successfully relocated to London's boxing heartland. He is also currently working to bring Masters Football to Australia. Personally he wants only to be the best friend he can possibly be to his darling wifelet Sascha and is looking forward to giving fatherhood a go any... time... now. His professional current aims are to continue to do his part to help Seni and Fighters Inc. develop and grow and develop Australians towards playing the round-ball game...
