Fighters Inc created Pain & Glory alongside Hennessy Sports in 2004 as a unique fight night that matched some of the worlds elite pro fighters in MMA, Muay Thai, K1 Rules and Kickboxing. The first event was held at the NEC Arena and grew to become one of the most renowned and innovative promotions of its time. In 2006 we became the first promoters to put a BBBC sanctioned pro boxing bout on a show and card packed with other fight genres. The pinnacle of the show was in 2007 when Pain & Glory officially promoted a K1 Network Grand Prix at the Excel in London’s Docklands. The final show was held in 2009 at London’s famous York Hall.
